Welcome to the latest Medium Short, a weekly accountability practice highlighting what I’m up to along the unmarked trail to #IndustrialHealing, where the possibilities are there to be dreamed.

In a recent coaching conversation, the topic of accountability came up. We were exploring how to be “accountable” when we’re doing uncharted, even unrequested stuff. No boss. No success metrics. I offered the number one aspect of accountability for me: it is not about completing my to-do’s in a particular timeframe, nor making a certain amount of money.

It is about whether or not I am living in service of my dreams.

And this requires being clear on what my dreams are. In that sense, this week was rather dreamy: I did some deep-dives into my known dreamscapes, went full-steam ahead into public speaking prep, and received a dream-worthy hat-tip from a business leader.

As a reminder to myself and anyone looking over my shoulder, here’s my dream in terms of the work I do:

I prompt the shift of trillions of dollars towards industrial healing.
